Both in perfect health this would be a 5 star match. I think the winner would be Shamrock, i like Angle but Shamrock is scarier

If you mean a non-scripted match, Ken Shamrock would win easily: Kurt Angle entire body is breaking down.

Kurt Angle would defeat Shamrock in a hardcore submission match, he's quicker and his modified ankle lock is extremely hard to escape!

No scripts, Shamrock would win easy, for one he took more hits then angle would ever imaged. Yes, wrestling is a contact sport, but combined with mixed Mariel arts, come on.
