I know love is a VERY strong word. I never even say i love my dog because i feel it is so powerful. But suddenly, this past week i have become REALlly in love with this one guy and my mom is very Christian (so am i, basically) but she wouldnt let me go out with a guy who is 2 years older then me. I lied and told her he was 15 like i was. But if this is as serious as it seems...i think i will be with him for awhile. Should i tell her the truth soon or after i graduate?

You say you are a Christian "basically", so I think you know the answer to the question you are asking 'basically' anyway. You might be able to tell the truth to your mom and still be able to negotiate a way to see him.
Most mom's remember what it is like to be a teen (even if they don't let on to their kids) and she might consider letting you hang with him at the house until she gets to know him better, or she may consent to letting you group date.
In the mean time pray about it, God will give you the strength you need to deal with the situation you are in. Don't forget to ask your mother for forgiveness and don't be surprised if she feels that you need to re-earn her trust again. It hurts us moms deeply when our babies lie.

eventually you will have to tell her the truth, might as well decide if it is serious before it gets too serious. And when he is 18 and you are 16 any sort of personal relationship (you know what I mean) is illegal at least in the US

this is so hard. but u can't keep it from her u know that.....find some way to tell her...seriously..i have friends who go behind there moms backs about guys....it works...but they feel bad...me?...i dont even wanna do that stuff...tell ur mom....tell her that u love this guy./.....that ur gonna be with him for a long time...jsut tell.

get ur bf and mom to meet and talk and when she tells u she really likes ur bf and bla bla bla tell her how old he really is. hopefully thatll work!
