Okay, first of all, don't get stalker-y. That'll weird her out and she'll run.
Secondly, keep an eye on her website if she has one. Most often, that'll be the place where any personal appearances are announced. If you can get to one, great. Don't go trying to get into the set of her show uninvited, they'll bounce you outta there like a rubber ball.
Try sending her a fan letter - enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope and see what happens.
