i call my ex boy friend and i know that it`s over but i still hurt do i go out with my girlfriends ever friday night. i don`t want to run in to him all the time.

Well only time will heal...If your iiffy about running into him stay home just because you have nothing plan doesn't mean you have to run to just get out, your time will come around...or just go to a movie, park or dinner with the girls...Or find a new place that u know he won't be at and if you run into him don't act like it bothers you.....Your better than that.

As you say...is over, pls start to pick up your life again and mix around with more friends you will realise there are still many things out there waiting for you to explore. Cheer up, is not the end of the world.

this kind of thing is always easier said than done. Too many of us can tell you how or what we think you should do, but ultimately you have to make the move to better yourself. You just need to be motivated into moving on, you need to be pushed and after you find the strength to move on you need someone there to help you and keep you strong. The choice is yours. You know deep down that you need to move on but its so much easier for us to stay stuck on someone. Decide today what you believe you should do and dont wait any longer because it just gets harder and harder. Good luck I hope all goes well.

I would go out and start getting on with my life if I were in your situation. You may run into him, and if so, be nice and go on about your business. The best revenge is living well.

How long have you ever been aside? My suggestion is that in case you think of you are able to call him and basically be acquaintances, call him. in case you opt to come back which incorporate him and he does not pick to be with you it would desire to wreck you to call him. Untill you're waiting to be basically acquaintances, dont call him
