I don't eat RED MEAT, so I eat a lot of fish & chicken.
I'm from NFLD., so fish was a big part of our meals. The only fish I don't is lobster, as I don't like it at all. Cod. Salmon, Caplin & River/Rainbow Trout are really good.
All fish are important to the echosystem as they benifit plants that do their flowering in ponds, by eating away the vegetation that is harmfull to such plants.
Fish also gives you Omega 3 fish oil which is necessary for the body.{Especially for men.} Fish also has protein (especially salt water fish} & antioxidents that we all need, especially if our body dosn't produce enough by itself.
So try to eat fish at least once a week if you can.

I luv fish.Oily fish such as mackerel and sardines are high in omega 3 and recommended in your daily diet.
