You need to see "Party Monster" with MacCauley Caulkin, and "Freeway 2, Confessions of a Trick Baby," and "Fellini Satyricon" which is Italian with subtitles but it's the weirdest s/h/i/t ever. Also try "A Clockwork Orange."

I'd say...
- The Shining
- Jacob's Ladder
- In The Mouth of Madness
- The Mothman Prophecies
- Audition
There are probably a few more I'm forgetting, but those are some of the creepiest, most disturbing movies I've ever seen.

The Entity, with Barbara Hershey. The creepiest thing about this flick is that it's a real story. Movies that are based on a true occurrence really get to me, especially if it's a horror movie. For those that haven't seen it, it's about this woman that gets molested by a demon many times in her life. Just thinking about it, creeps me out totally!!!

I thought Silent Hill was really creepy - like I didn't know what was going to happen next. And the monsters were all creepy but in an interesting way.
I also think Blair Witch was super creepy - prob because there was the air that it could happen.

When I was six, I recall watching an old 50's "B" sci-fi movie on TV, where these huge ugly alien creatures attacked this small town by tearing down power lines and killing the humans in their dark homes. It was storming outside that night, and each time the power blinked---I was terrified witless.
To this day, when the power blinks and the lights go out due to a storm, I think back to that one night and can recall how uneasy I felt as a child back then.

Love creepy & scary movies, but the one that gave me the greatest creeps (unoriginal, as I can see from the other answers) is The Grudge. A film has never before creeped me out quite so much. I still need to see the Japanese original, tho . . . can't hardly wait!

The original Psycho. Norman Bates of old is beyond chilling, when we find that someone so meek and kind as he, has the capacity to dress in his mother's clothes and take knives to unsuspecting women. Other's say the grudge, this is made possible only by following the paradigm established by hitchcock's Psycho, where we see the most vulnerable and apparently harmless (little kids in the Grudges case) project such evil behind closed doors, or shower curtains!
