I'm in the stage of puberty where my voice is changing and I'm almost 13. My penis is 2.8 inches when not hard and 5 in when it is hard. Is that small?

It sounds normal to me - men come in different sizes and shapes. If you have a concern it might be a good idea to talk to your dad or your doctor.

Are you sure that you are 13??? Why don't you talk to your father about things like this??? But, I would say that the size of things is probably about normal.

nope and you're only 13 there are grown men with only 6 inch penises and they're doing okay so i wouldnt worry too much
