If you are referring to marijuana, I assume that it would take 30 days. For an adult it takes 27 to 30 days for the thc to leave the bloodstream.

They usually test the baby's first bowel movement.Every drug the mom has used from day one can be detected.There is nothing that can be done to clean the baby's system.You should look up meconium on the web.

Why the hell is a pregnant woman using any kind of freakin drug? Ghetto Trash if you ask me. And the answer to your question is, you can't!! The drugs stay in the poor childs system for the longest time...
