It's all about what you make of your career. A Computer Science degree is very valuable and will send you on your way to a six figure income. The field has a wide variety of jobs. The people I know who are software engineers seem to always work flexible hours and get paid a lot. Some companies are better for workaholics and some are more attuned to the laid back mentality. Be good at what you enjoy doing in Computer Science and you will have a long and prosperous career.

It all depends...
How hard will you work? How much additional continued learing are you willing to do? Are you going to work as an employee, or as an entreprenuer? (Note: Entrepeneurs can be employees, it's a mindset)
What do you wish to accomplish? CIO's at major companies make very high 6 figure incomes. (CIO = Chief Information Officer) Making $40,000 to $100,000 per year is very possible, and common in the USA.
Where do you live? That will have a big part of what you can earn.
Are you going to add the magic needed to go from being an employee to being a business builder, a wealth creator?
Read the ebook from this site: http://www.scienceofgettingrich.net and then ponder your question again. I think you'll understand then, that the sky is the limit.

Please don't waste your time in Computer Science.
It is very hard to get a job in that field, and computer information becomes obsolete usually within 3 months. It is very stressful, not well paid, and on salary income.
Salary incomes are the worst because you have to give unlimited hours to the corporation. The corporation will make you wear a beeper, so they can beep you throughout the night and weekend. In other words, no freedom and rotten to the core pay.
