i flow to this semi-fancy French eating place and that they have got the terrific French Fries ever! they are so good! and that i understand of yet another that serves them there too.... yet they'd desire to have them at each and every French place.

Well, I would say not until the very end of the meal so the waiter/waitress doesn't take it out on service and such, so just after you've paid. That would be funny!
