I tried to get the latest shockwave player and I clicked install now, but it didn't work!Please help me!!!

Are you definitely downloading it from the right place? This is the official download page for the Shockwave player:

go to adobe.com then get adobe shockwave player or just go here http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/?promoid=BIOY
