any way to play tv games on pc monitor?

my tv sucks so id really like to play my ps2 and gamecube on my pc monitor.

A cheaper way is you could get a universal vga box, which is much better, just gotta hook up external speakers and youre good2go.

you have to get the type of monitor that can also be used as a tv. then plug your gamecube or ps2 in then you can play it.
