Don't laugh, I have a cat named Nokhada after a creature in a book and a German Shepard named Sirius Black after a Harry Potter character.

My husband had two ferrets and there names were podo and codo from the movie "The Beastmaster" what's funny is the both of them acted the same as the one's in the movie

Fungo, it is from a character in the comic strip, GET FUZZY.
Personally, if I get a ferret, I would name it Sable or Rabbit Slayer.

Ummm, well I've named my bunnies, over time, Emily, Sasha, and Rune. Ferrets are more weasley and less round, so go for something cute and cunning and mischievious, like they are. Or something totally different and surprising like Blossom.
