No, it isn't. It's a nightclub.
It's full of 18 year olds who shouldn't be there. It's a wonder why it hasn't been shut down yet.

its website, upon a brief examination, gives no indication that it's for anyone under 21, but check yourself, if you like (the flash and music caused me to flee the site). i googled, "club Ice in farmingdale long", and it was right thar.
