Well I hope:
1. Rachel Dies
2. Nathan and Cooper are okay
3. Karen stays away from Dan
4. Dan dies
5. Keith comes back to life
6. Brooke leaves
7. Lucas and Peyton finally realize that they are meant to be
8. Jake and Jenny come back
9. Nathan and Haley live happily ever after
10. Mouth finally gets laid

One Tree Hill's so my favorite show. Unfortunately, i don't know what'll happen in season 4. Of course, the season 3 cliffhangers will get answered (besides Karen, who's also pregnant, what happened to Nathan, Cooper and Rachel and who wrote "Murderer" on Dan's wall.)
I've heard some spoilers a long time ago (i don't know if they're true) that Dan's gonna find out that he has yet another son. I have no idea if it's true. I guess we'll have to wait till season 4 starts on September 27th on the CW to find out! :D

They don't really tell you. Just that we find who is pregnant and if Nathan, Rachel and his Uncle live or die. I so can't wait.
