Go to FileDen and upload your files, it will give you a URL for each song. Then in a new window, go to POQBUM and make an MP3 flash player...All sites will walk you through it better than I can explain it but these are the two best sites to do it :)

If you mean the urls to put on a page for myspace or something, you have to have the music on your computer already.
Whatever the player is, it should say something along the lines of browse, so click on that, then go to my documents, and then my music, and then click on your music player(itunes, windows media player, Musicmatch jukebox) and then find the song. Most websites make it extremely easy to upload mp3's.
