What does "LMBO" mean. Someone said it to me in an email and I was curious.

My guess is "laughing my butt off", an alternative to "LMAO".

LMBO stands for Little Memphis Blues Orchestra. They used to be known as the Taylor Hicks Band, before last season's American Idol show. They are currently touring the U.S. Taylor Hicks often joins them for improptu jam sessions, along with a couple other singers from the past year's American Idol competition.
