Oh I think Grease, The Master of Disguise, Napoleon Dynamite, Nacho Libre and Pirates1 and 2 are all tied 4 first place. Worst? Oh My God, most of the disney cartoons, but probably the Rescuers. Or maybe The Cheetah Girls. Definitely The Cheetah Girls

Best - "Gone With the Wind", Worst - any of the many, many films made starring people are not actors but Hollywood thought they could be such as Arnold Schwartzenegger (sp?), Cindy Crawford, Paula Abdul, Shak, Michael Jordan, etc.

There are way too many great flicks for me to say the best, but for worst, I vote 'Closer'. That was the dumbest movie I've ever seen, and they said the F word about 477 times...it was awful.

Best movie - to many to choose.
Worst movie - Vampire Assassins, its so bad that you laugh through out the film, that's if you make it that far. Real low budget, worst acting ever.
You also have does Uwe Boll films, they are laughable too.
