I am concerned they are up to no-good - so they be reported and to whom. In the mean time, I have changed my settings so I appear off line to them

yes, there is a scam thing that has being going on, its all over the internet. They request your checking account number and they claim that they would send you cash, or something. I think its called the nigerian scam or something.. But yes, I would report them to Yahoo. And, you should also block them from emailing you...
