I think so. It was during the Second part of the Chunnin Exam or at least before. They met at the training ground and Naruto said that he likes her.

I want him to fall in love w/ Sakura. Oh wait he already is. I don't think Hinata will ever get the courage to ask Naruto out and I don't think Naruto thinks of her that way so I'll say no.
