First, you need a DVD writer/burner installed on your PC. They are relatively inexpensive now ($50-$100). You also need burning software. Most DVD burners come with burning software. Of course, you can always download software from Limewire or other file-sharing sites. The best software is Nero Express. Next, you need a decryption program. In this case, DVDshrink. Most movies are encrypted and DVD shrink will decode the data so you can burn it. Go to DVDshrink.org. The software is free. Once you've installed it, you run DVD shrink and put the movie disc in your DVD burner. You select the DVD drive and hit 'open disc'. The DVD shrink program will begin to decrypt your movie. It takes about 5 minutes. Once that is done, the program will let you know it is finished. The next step is to back-up the movie files to your hard drive. You must have sufficient space on your hard drive to do this. A typical movie is about 4.7 gigabytes of space. You select 'backup!' in DVD shrink and it will ask you where you want to put the files. Make a new folder with any name you want (generally, the name of the movie) and let DVD shrink back it up into the folder on your hard drive. It usually takes about an hour or two. DVDshrink will add two folders into the folder you created. One folder is called 'audio_TS' and the other is 'video_TS'. You will find that all the movie files will be put into the 'video_TS' folder. For some reason, I never see the 'audio_TS' folder get used so don't worry about this folder too much. Once that is done, you are now ready for step three - burning the movie. Open Nero (or whatever burning software you have) and select the option to burn dvd-video files (make sure the software is set to burn DVD's and NOT CD's). Nero automatically creates two folders on your blank DVD disc: 'audio_TS' & 'video_TS'. Transfer all the movie files from your 'video_TS' folder into the new 'video_TS' folder in Nero. Once that is complete, you can proceed to burn the movie onto the disc by following the prompts in Nero.
So to recap, Step 1: Decryption (using DVDshrink). Step 2: transfer to hard drive (backing up files into a folder). Step 3: Burn movie (using burning software such as Nero).
Note: You may find that a few discs will be hard to burn with DVDshrink and you may get error messages about 'bad sector' or something to that effect. If DVDshrink doesn't work with a particular movie, you can try other software. I use DVD decrypter and DVDFab decrypter as my back-up programs. Usually, if it doesn't burn on one, it will burn on the other. The problem you might run into is that these programs don't 'shrink' the files down to the right size (4.7 gb). You may then have to use DVD shrink (as a second step) on the newly created movie files to compress them so they will fit on a 4.7 gigabyte disc.
Note#2: You must use DVD+R or DVD-R blank discs! Regular blank CD's or CDR's will not work! Check your DVD rewriter to see which type of blank DVD disc (+R or -R) it takes. Many DVD burners take both. Enjoy!

Well you need a DVD burner, the software for said burner and some DVD-R or DVD-RW discs. Or you could just use a lighter that always works good too.
