yeah it does. masturbate a lil and then measure. do this for like 3 days cuz the size of the erection isnt the same all the time it depends on how aroused you are. after the 3 day take all the measurements and average them.

Measure from base to tip, then add one inch. Most guys do. Honestly, you got what ya got, dont worry so much about it.

a ruler always worked best for me...
and i get much more impressive numbers when i measure it hard...
