All snakes have either hemipenes for male or scent glands for female. There are two ways of determining sex either by everting, which is a technique that rolss either sex organ out to be visually inspected at the cloaca. Or probing which uses long thin metal rods that are inserted into the base of the tail towards the end of the tail, mif it probes deep it is a male and shallow is a female. Both techniques are for experienced herpetoculturists only. Take it to a breeder.

I'm sorry but I have no clue. The only advice I can offer is to ask a store clerk if you buy her at a store or something like that, or if you have a zoo near by explain to one of the snake keepers what type of snake your getting and they'll probably be able to answer your question.
