So, now i have ur attention, plz dont ignore this question,i figured there are a lot of guys who are bored and trying to have fun in womens health sextion...... im 16, and my shoulders dont have a shape, they are plain straight, my shoulders structure isnt wide, like a broad chest and shoulders. I didnt work out before, but i brought a set of dumbells whose weight u can adjust from 5lbs to a 20lbs(max) on each dumbell, so total of 40lbs combined. What exercise would u recommend for me to make my shoulders wider so they have a nice shape(that the girls will hopefully like). : )

Well I'm not a dude, but I can tell you overhead press, military press and upright rows are excellent for the shoulders. You might eventually need more weight. I'm 42 and use 35 lb. dumbells for overhead press. By the way, I'm a correctional officer. Thats why I keep myself fit.

You're still young.....you have about 6 years before you're muscles are fully developed. Continue working out with weights every other day but don't do too much because you could cause a bad injury.

or hold the dumbells on either side of your arms and lift with locked elbows. that works too
