Is it true if you are dreaming in your sleep and you are falling in your dream that if you ever hit the bottom you will die in you sleep?

No I do it all the time, for some reason I can control my dreams, having a night mare, wake myself up, like a dream, can go back to it If I wake I have many times fallen and when I hit bottom it just changes into another dream

We'll have to ask some dead people to see if falling to the earth in their dreams is what killed them.

i don't know about falling but i did get shot in the face once in one of my nightmares. in the dream i died and flew outside my body. i could see blood all over what was left of my face and then i woke up. so..
