I want to go to a website & transfer a pic on to my yahoo 360 page. Is it possible & how do you do that?

Yes.
Right click on the image and save the picture to your desktop or a directory on your computer.
Then just upload it to your 360 page like usual.

Same thing previous said but remember to make sure the file size is reasonably small or your 360 page wont accept it.
