I think they contribute more to social problems than to culture.
Hooliganism that sort of thing.
I do think they put a lot back into the community with youth clubs etc, but culture is s different matter

You can have both Liverpool and Everton supporters in one household; therefore one can assume that whatever the culture is of a family it can be reflected by their support - thus representing a diversity within a family - within a community. Look at the players they are from all walks of life!
