No they can't stimulate just by wearing them. you would have to tug on the string a little. That's where the stimulation comes in at.

your daughters friend has an imagination, I'll say that for sure. The only stimulation for anyone is the guys who may see even just a string from the thong, thongs do something for guys, but no stimulation to the girl who is wearing them. However, I would not let my daughter wear them until she is grown, because I myself wear them and they draw a lot of attention from guys, the wrong kind of attention.

Mentally stimulating to the guy who's looking at a girl in them but that's about it. Undies are undies are undies! I've worn nothing but thongs in all types of fabrics for 10+ years and the undies themselves have never done a thing for me. My vote - just let her wear what's comfortable (and age appropriate) for her.

Well, not without help. I have heard of people "getting off" by pulling a piece of clothing taut over their privates, namely their undies. Thongs would make this a little easier to do, I'd imagine.

Any kind of pressure in that area can stimulate....crossing your legs can do it.
