Yes, I usually do feel better after both. It's sort of as though some tension has been released.

If the moment is too short, then go at it again. Feeling good is what it's all about. Don't stop, even if you think you've had your fill. There's no such thing as feeling too good.

It relaxes me and relieves stress... I often- you know- when I can't sleep, and then I'm out in 2 minutes.
