That's very crude of them. Who cares if you two are different races? Do they think you are ugly or different because you are african american and you were dating a white???? Hey my gf is white and I'm asian...

You can always call him on his phone and talk to him about all the happy stuff. But whatever you do don't get another boyfriend. That will show him that you still love him and also show the parents that even though you two are apart you won't keep thinking about eachother.

as a white man born in the 60's i have to say that the big head of time is still holding on to the race card and it will never let up. if we go back in time to the days of slavey you will find that the white man was one of the frist slaves. and it took over 1000's of years to forget that then man when into the deep heart of africa and found the black man in there that they could over power. and take to be the NEW slaves. then man found the china man a pray to and MADE him bluid the west for what he thou was going to be a free land home but never got it... but in today world the white man still hold the black man for every thing he dont have and says it the gov that is giving it to them.

how to mend your heart just like every thing lov time over time your mind can and will move on and you will find a new love maybe a white man hey maybe a differnt race but just be carfull around the family

what ever happens find love is a never ending life

You can't do a damn thing but keep on moving. How old is he? He should have sense enough not to let his paretns dictate his life and if he obviously doesn't then why would you want him anyway? You don't want a weak, no backbone guy like that. If he wants to be with you, he will no matter what. Haven't you heard of Romeo and Juliet?

It all depends on how old you are and from the sound of it you must still live with your parents. If that is the case I can only say wait until you guys are old enough to be together if you haven't grown out of love by then...Sorry sweetie! And I hope everything works out for the best for you two!

If you are a minor-forget it, if you are not-you may have options.

His parents don't like you because you are "this way", what does that mean -black? You need to ask them what the reason is that they dislike you, is it your skin color or behavior? If the reason is your skin color-then they are clearly racist, if it is because of the way you act-that's a totally different story. They would be well within their rights to feel this way.

what you should do is not give up on this relationship. If you love him, then you shouldn't let it fall apart. I'm sick of people believing that people of different races cannot have a good relationship together. My parents are the same way, but I believe love is not going to choose a certain race.

its sad that there are people like that and i will be truthfull thats wat my parents are like so im kinda like that i wont date out of my own race but its not racest i think if i found someone who i really cared about and loved and wasnt my race i wouldnt care no matter what my parents beleive its not right to break up with someone for something so stupid but look on the bright side you can still be friends and there are ALOT of fish in the sea goodluck finding one and start now you have no time to waste:)

Why is your heart broken by a guy who broke up with you for racist reasons? Don't blame his parents -- if he really loved you, he wouldn't have obeyed their racist ways. Maybe he will "always love you" now that he's off the hook for dumping you ("my parents made me do it"), but don't believe it. He doesn't love you enough to not be a weakling and a racist.

Depends on your age. If you're both over 18 it doesn't matter how his parents feel. If you're both younger and living at home with your parents, you'll have to wait to be together. But think about it. If you marry him some day, you're going to have these people as in-laws!!
