I wrote this about mash.

Masher. you lie in my draw.
you are hard to clean.
soaking is it? Mmmm
always soaking.
Shall we ask father to make us mash?
Lumps like sprouts, no thank you.
Mummy? can you make the mash?
Please. what can we ask her to fix in it?
cheese. sticky sticky.
a like my brother but i must have more.
father always steals the scoop first.
while he sleeps i will kill his dog.
poor old Rex. good boy.
We all loved him but mash came between us.
like a bonage whore with a bath of cold beans
and mash between her toes.
she can teach us all about displacement.
you push one thing into your soul and the result?
squidging. pooey mash. sticky sticky.
Mother! Don't forget to put the masher to soak!
Rex I am sorry. had to do it.
We all loved mash.
Didn't all love father. of course Mrs Potts from no. 62 did.
but she was partially sighted and smelt.

There are many sites for that. If you type "poetry" in the search area many sites will come up but here are a few to get you started:
www.peotrysoup.com
http://allpoetry.com
www.winningwriters.com
watch out for www.poetry.com you can post poems but don't enter any contests, they always want money....I have posted a few poems myself on a couple of these sites...have fun with it...
