None, here's why

I want more screen space for webpage viewing
I want more memory for use for other things
I suspect that many toolbars are spyware or adware and just plain suck.

When you run with few programs running, everything is faster.

Yahoo toolbar all the way becuase it has pop-up blockre and anti-spyware

Advanced toolbar for IE is highly customizable, but I don't really use it on my main browser, Firefox

Don't see much of a use for them. Firefox browser has popup blocker built in. So no need for toolbars
