My HP 2575 Printer won't print. What's wrong with it?

It's properly plugged in and everything. As far as I can tell, nothing's wrong except for the fact it says "Error- print..."

Have you loaded the drivers and the software

Did you make sure that it was properly plugged in. Then make sure it's on.
