It could be a multiude of things. The item being shook. The manner in which this item is being shook. The location in which this shaking is occurring. The facial expression bieng made when said shaking is occurring (Could really gross some peolpe out). Could be a shaker of a higher calibur at said location perform the shake in a much more jelly-type motion. You do the math. Zero dollars earned from shaking=shaking not worth shak.
