It varies. It can range from half an hour to FOUR hours!! But...there's a way to find out what prize you're getting so you know if the wait will be worth it or not. Go to http://www.icecaves.net/games/monotony.html
It'll explain how you can know ahead of time. If it's something crappy, then you can close the window and don't bother waiting. I try to spin the wheel when I'm about to go cook or get in the shower. Or I'll minimize the window and do something else.

It can run for a few hours. Don't bother going if you're not going to be on that long: you won't get the prize.
