go to www.coolgoose.com, there go to music, and search hindi music for the music you want... its free and mostly hindi songs... good luck!

Try a torrent site...but the problem is that all the major ones require invites to get in. Here are some of the best ones.
www.bwtorrents.com (the best one so far with a A LOT of stuff)
www.desitorrent.com (the second best one in my opinion)
www.dctorrents.com (ehhhhh, its there)
I don't know how familliar you are with torrent technology but for desi stuff (including songs, music videos, movies, and TV stuff), torrents are the way to go nowadays.
Just go to these sites. Check them out! See if they serve your purpose. And then get in!
