Yes, but my parents were very into my grades. They always knew when I didn't do well (they had to sign my papers. Luckily, they weren't totally horrible to deal with when it came to that. They wer very disappointed in me, which I think was way worse than them yelling (which they never did). If they find out without you telling them, they may be even madder than if you told them. Best to bite the bullet and be straightforward.

no way i would never tell my parents becuase they would probaly take away my cell phone my car my money and probaly everything else in my life and i would tell them after they cooled down for a couple of weeks before you gave them the bad news zootigerstriped@yahoo.com

they will find out sooner or later, the later it is the more angry they will be and not only you add deceit, deception and manipulation to your slacking.
better to tell the truth and tell it quick.
