the sign as you put it is an alert of sorts telling you
you may be getting close to a file overload that
will take up your resources. yes even XP has its limits
solution:
as as already stated in search type the file name
locate the file(s) in the search right click on each
choose delete.say yes when it asks do you want to send this to
the recycle bin ,when finished close all programs
open your recylce bin, again right click and delete what
you put in there
If that(programs you deleted) is all that are in the bin
consider the empty recycle bin option

Find out where the file is and delete it from there. Click start, search type in name of file then search this will show you were that file is on your computor then you could delete it from there. You may have to go to add delete prog.
