It's only natural. Happens to the best of us! Those feeling aren't dirty and there's no real need to get rid of them. Just don't let them take you over. Yeah - their weird at first and nobody really knows what to do about them. It'll come with time. If it's something that's really bothering you, talk it over with someone you trust (parent, teacher, sibling, friend, etc). I'm sure your friends are having the same thoughts and feelings too so maybe just talking with them will make you a little more comfortable. Of course, be careful which friends you talk to so your conversation doesn't end up all over school.

It's called puberty. While you're still so young, don't start experimenting except by yourself, it's all too easy to get pregnant. Don't believe the old wives' tales:- You CAN get pregnant
the first time you do "it"
if you do "it" standing up
etc.
Ask your mum/dad/doctor/local priest/anyone you trust, for help, but most importantly of all, DON'T start thinking sexual feelings are dirty. They are the most natural thing in the world, as you will realise when you eventually meet your right partner.

oh there is im in the same situation as u. im 14 too. the way i do it, is i dont really think about it at all, and i focus my attention on something that completely turns me off. like just looking at a wall. the news. reading a book. something that takes up all of my mind and attention. it works.

Yea, it's hard. But do stay focused on other activities. Homework, cooking, friends, exercising, reading, what ever activities you like to do. Plenty of time for that later when you meet the right man. It's normal.

With time you get used to it. I agree it is very weird and can be uncomfortable when it's new but you will feel this way for the rest of your LIFE!!! it just won't be as intense when you get older.

you cant get rid of sexual frustration forever but if you masterbate then it will go away for a little while and wont embarass you while you are around friends. perfectly normal :)
