well on youtube i want to make my own robot cicken video.but how do i make the mouths move?how do i make them talk?how do i make the videos?how do i send them to youtube?please anser serioulsy.

You need to take computer graphics on the high school.
If you're not in high school, try to reach a computer graphics course.

They do the still frame animation, then i think they use a program to digitally add the mouths to the heads. Probally Final-Cut Pro or Flash or something. Then once you get all that stuff done just follow the upload precedures.
Either way, Robot Chicken badass.
