I was wondering if anyone worked or is working in this department at a Sears store, and how much (approximately) one can make an hr? Thanks for any input.

Sales people are usually on a commission and a fixed salery. The fixed salery might just be slighly higher than minimum wage, and the commission may be 1-2% of their weekly sales.

I worked at Sears, but not in electronics. That department is completely commission-based. So, it depends entirely on how good of a sales person you are. If you don't sell enough, they actually dock your pay!!

When I was at Sears the Electronics department did not get a base salary.
