Most newspapers have free Electronic sites.

My local paper charges 4.95 a month for an electornic subscription. You can set it to look and read like the delivered version. It looks just like the paper and you can go to the corner of the page and click to change pages. It's worth that price to me.

The only problem is that the program doesn't support IE7, so I have to use a small program that fools the papers program into seeing IE7 as IE 6. You can get it here:
