How do I get rid of ingrown hair?

I use a scrubber or a loofa before plucking it, but it's still there after I use the epilator, and the very next day, they grow - I never use a razor. It's really annoying!

It's not about my face - thank God, no hairs there, but the legs.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

there is a cream that "Bliss" makes. Go to www.blissworld.com. It worked GREAT for me. (It's kind of pricey but worth it!)

just leave it be it will come out, it will take a while when it does come out or if u dig it out clean it with peroxide.
