Yes they do if you have Premium services with Yahoo! such as SBC DSL Internet or Yahoo! with Verizon DSL...etc... :)
Try one of the following programs. Viruses are usually spread by pop-up ads or file sharing programs such as Limewire, I recommend some pop-up blocker and firewall and a virus software.

Yahoo is providing a Norton package with a 30 day free trial. After that you must pay for it.
The free version of AVG is very good. It provides free auto updates (most provide the program free but charge for the updates.)
The advantage to an Online package is that a very small program is put on your computer. The rest of the programs are on the Yahoo server and therefore, uses very little of your system resources, like RAM, to function and protect. Another thing is that you have good access to Yahoo Custormer Care. Many Yahoo users think there is no access to Customer Care because they don't bother to look for the Feedback pages. In, almost all, help catagories is a Question at the bottom of the page with boxes for Yes or No. Click on No and you usually get a feedback page to customer for that function. Email, Messenger, Registration, Chat etc all have feedback pages. Sometime you have to search a little harder to find the feedback page, but this is rare. Yahoo is making those easier to find as they modify sites to use with Vista OS. Bookmark or save to Favorites when you find one.
Look at a protection package you pay for like this: If you buy a cup of coffee or a soda, at the local 7-11, then the cost is only one coffee or soda a day or less.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
download firefox for free:

Not exactly. Their toolbar provides a free anti-spy program which really works. It helped me find a Trojan in my computer! Also, Yahoo scans their email attachments with Norton Antivirus.

i believe they offer it for even their basic customers. it came bundled with the aol software undesiredly attached to the janky machine i'm using, at this very moment, and the ex, for whom i bought the same model (it's still $500, out of my $12K a year!), uses it, to this day, even after her free trial has ended, somehow. it might behoove you to diversify, as otherwise noted, though; every spyware program or suite has "blind spots" - having several may help to catch something one or another hasn't.
