I think it kinda depends on whether this is your first baby or subsequent.... If its your first, probably around 18-20 weeks. If its not your first you might feel it sooner (since you know what to feel for). But when you DO - what a wonderful feeling & you wont be able to get enough of it!

Im 27 weeks and I first felt my baby move at 16 weeks. You wont feel kicks but you will feel flutters and then the kicks will start around 18-20 weeks.
Good luck and congrats!

The embryo begins to make spontaneous movements by the 7th week, these movements by tiny arms and legs do not become apparent to mom's until much later. The first momentous sensation of life or "quickening" can occur anywhere between the 14th & 26th week, but generally closer to the average of the 18th & 22nd week. If you are of slender build you may feel it sooner as opposed to a overweight woman who may have to wait for more vigorous movements.
Hope this helps!
