Depends on the size of the image and the notoriety & saleability of the artist. (The name doesn't leap out at me.)

The fact that it's a small edition could mean a number of things -
1. Sometimes the first of a small edition is very desireable, especially if the whole edition (all 80) are sold.
2. The edition of 80 could be a smaller (physically) print of an original edition of 1,000 or more (in other words, a second printing) in which case it's not as valuable as one of the first editions.
3. It could be an edition of Giclees which are often printed one at a time. The jury is still out on Giclee values since the public is not truly educated on the process, nor have giclees been around long enough to prove their worth in the fine arts community.

Try to google up this jerry fellow to find an artist's bio and some retail prices on his work.
