I'm reposting this for more opinions, since I posted really late before. I've had a stinging sensation, for awhile now, while I urinate. It only stings at the start of urination and sometimes a few seconds longer. It started when I wasn't sexually active, for atleast 2 years and didn't lose virginity until last week. Condom was used.

Symptoms:
-Stinging sensation at start of urination
-Testicles tend to ache time to time
-There is no discharge whatsoever
-Recently, not sure if related, lower abdimal aches along with a slight ache going down the outside of my right or left thigh
-Stingy feeling, under the head, when squeezed a bit

Note:
-I wasn't really hygienic until recently
-I've had an itchy scrotum, since like puberty I think
-I rarely drank water
-As far as I know I am diabetic.
-After having sex, for first time, the day after my penis "stung" for a day or so

I've been thinking it's anything from a STD(but I wasnt sexually active when it started), UTI, to like a kidney stone

I also have no health insurance or money to afford going to get checked out. Any suggestions as to where I could go or do? I'm working on getting health insurance, soon, with a new job.

The CVS or a drug store pharmacist will at least give you an opinion. Go when it's not too busy. And they also have nurses at some of the locations now.

I had puss oozing out of my big toe for a few weeks. (it ruined a whole mess of socks!) I went and told the pharmacist and he went to the aisle with me to pick out the right cream to use. It worked!

And they have clinics for poor people in every city. It takes a few hours of sitting in waiting rooms, but if you go early, they'll treat you.

And when I didn't have insurance, I went into my local hospital, and they have a policy of not turning anyone away because they can't pay. So I got treated for free.

Most towns/cities have a free STD clinic. Look it up in the book and go get tested.
