Great question,

I agree with ‘daguy28’ choice ‘Hans Solo’, in first and second Star Wars Movies, ‘No reward is worth this!’
And ‘Tim e’ whos got the right idea ‘Indiana Jones’ - ‘Raider of the lost Ark’ ‘its not the years is the mileage’ but as they been suggested already...

Rick in Casablanca, great character ‘..May be not today be someday and for the rest of your life..’ great character.

The Joker in Batman Movie. – The villain has the best lines.

Sam L. Jackson characters in Pulp Fiction – ‘the path of the righteous man….’- for the speech and cool factor.

Bruce Lee in ‘Enter the dragon’ super fight sequences
Or Jacky Chan in the Police Story movies - for the same reason

Think Rick shades it.

In high school, my best friend and I wanted so badly to be like Robin Tunney's character, "Sarah" in The Craft. How she ended up in the ending. Just awesome.

I've met other girls over time who also loved her character. Total chick revenge fantasy flick. Good times. ;-)

Brendan Frye in Brick. Young, tough, smart-talking gumshoe. I'd love to be that. Guy who can back up his talk, going around causing trouble, trying to find and nail the bad guys.
Anyone who hasn't seen it, watch Brick.
