I don't know what your talents are or where you are or what local laws are. 14 sounds too young to be working a regular job, I think you have to be 15 or 16, don't you.
What about: newspaper selling on street corners, holding those big signs for pizza places, new home sales, etc, carwash, dog washing, babysitting, giving lessons in something you know how to do (skateboard, play guitar, algebra?), if you are smart you can tutor other kids, cleaning houses, mowing lawns, if you know someone who has a laborer or handyman type job, see if you can help them paint, lay tile, pour cement, hang drywall, etc.

You could go back to school where you would be doing yourself the best favor of your life!
Mowing lawns and delivering newspapers are the traditional 14 year old jobs.
When I was 14 I hauled bottles @ 2c for big bucks - I thought!!
