Well, the old testament was written by Jews and for the Jews, so it is not ant-Semitic by default.
New testament is pretty neutral except for the Gospel of John[1]. And even that is disputed.
In general even the new testament was at the time aimed at mostly Jewish audience, so making it anti-Semitic would be counter productive.

P.S.
Bible was misused to justify the anti-Semitic actions(during crusades for instance) but that does not make the book itself anti-Semitic.

God's chosen people is Israel, a Semitic people. He has never stopped his love for them, in either the old or New Testament.
Those Christians who see anti-Semitism in the Bible are reading it improperly.

Matthew 27: 24 is at the trial of Jesus. Pilate says, "I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it." Then verse 25 proceeds, "Then answered all the people," (Jews,) "and said, 'His blood be on us, and on our children.'" The verse redeems Pilate and make out Jews to be the bad guys. We are even to blame their children. The author is probably afraid of Rome and tells readers that they should hate Jews instead.
